The cornerstone of A & B Rail's success is it's personnel. A & B Rail has assembled an effective senior management team which is based on their abilities and experience with all track related services. This team is empowered to provide leadership and ensure that the corporate philosophy is enacted in all levels of the company. It is these managers mandate to ensure qualified, trained, experienced employees are performing all tasks safely and efficiently. The senior management is organized into regional and divisional sectors to permit them to be autonomous and responsible within the corporate structure.
